CBBC Graduation 2019

The Cambodia Baptist Bible College graduation went well last July 4, 2019.  We had 7 graduates this year, 4 ladies and 3 men.  Missionary Dante Elupre was a real blessing in being our guest speaker for the graduation program.

This year’s Valedictorian is Sarai, a girl who was raised in our Power of Grace Children's Home!  We are so blessed and proud of her.  She is in the Philippines now wanting to become a professional teacher and educator.  We miss her helping around the Children’s Home and our church but we are praying that her present opportunities will greatly enlarge her potential for a greater impact in reaching more people in Cambodia in the future.  We greatly appreciate all the brethren who have been helping us at Cambodia Baptist Bible College and the Power of Grace Children's Home.  Big Thanks to our fellow missionaries and Cambodian Pastors in helping teach the students.  Special thanks to Missionary Edu Tamayo and Preacher Vanna for handling the day-to-day affairs of the college.

Transformed By God's Grace!

Last May 2, 2019 we were in the Philippines to witness the graduation of 2 of our children that the Lord allowed us to raise at Power of Grace Children’s Home.  Srey Toyt and Sokhoeun both graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Education from Bethany Baptist Church - Makati.  It is a heartwarming experience to see how children who are otherwise underprivileged get transformed by the power of God’s grace because of so many people helping together to protect, provide for and guide them.  We thank everyone of you who have someway somehow aided us to see this milestone achieved in the lives of Sokhoeun and Srey Toyt.  Presently, they are both here with us helping at Power of Grace Children’s Home and maybe brought by the Lord to greater opportunities of service for Him in the future.

Bodily Exercise Profiteth...!

We definitely believe in the saying that says; "All work and no play makes Johnny a dull boy!"  For this reason we do not only have regular camps and other programs for our youth to interact with other young people in friendly sports competitions.  At Cambodia Baptist Bible College we held our annual Sports Festival last March 23, 2019 together with some students from Academy International Cambodia, the children from Power of Grace Children's Home and of course some of our CBBC Alumni.
Bro. Vanna, our Office Manager at CBBC and Missionary Edu Tamayo, our CBBC Vice President for Academics and Student Affairs always do a great job with these programs!

Sing Out!

At Cambodia Baptist Bible College, every year we hold competitions for Preaching, Singing and the use of musical instruments.  Last March 1, we held our singing Talents Festival.  It's always a blessing to see how our students develop and improve their talents and skills for the service of the Lord who gave these talents.
