CBBC Graduation 2015

Last July 2, Cambodia Baptist Bible College held its 14^th Graduation and Commencement Program with 5 men and 3 ladies receiving their certificates.  One of the men who graduated is Bro. Theoun Sona (John), our Pastor at Grace Baptist Mission – Phearm.  One of the ladies who graduated is Sokly whom we have helped though college and is helping in our church ministries at present.  The students and all the brethren involved with CBBC are very thankful to all the brethren and churches who are helping support the college.  Please pray for more Cambodian believers to surrender their lives so that we will have more Cambodian faithful believers laboring among their own people.

CBBC Sportsfest 2015

Last February 21, Cambodia Baptist Bible College held their annual Sports Festival.  Under the leadership of Bro. Tamayo and Bro. Vanna, the 33 students together with CBBC alumni and some church members from our fellowshipping churches had a wonderful time of sports, fun games and fellowship (with food, of course!) held on the grounds of Grace Baptist Church.  We are very thankful to all of you who are supporting the college and those who have given special gifts to help us keep CBBC as a training institution to help prepare our Cambodian brethren for leadership in the ministry. 

The Champions - Grace Baptist Eagles!

Last February 13 -14, our young people, the Grace Baptist Eagles basketball team, has finally won the championship in a mini-tournament after 4 tries.  Mikee, our second son, who coaches the team is very excited and of course our church and our players are very excited too.  They are all excited to and working hard to prepare for tougher competitions during the Cambodian New Year tournament in April.

Visit from Bro. Srim Sara and family!

Bro. Srim Sara and family visited us at Grace Baptist Church last January 18.  It's a great encouragement to hear their report about the work on the Lord in their missions field.  Our people were so blessed knowing that they have a meager part in the ministry the Srim family do in a country that's not very open to the Gospel.  The Srims are the first independent Baptist missionaries laboring outside of Cambodia.  Bro. Srim graduated from Cambodia Baptist Bible College and continued his studies in the Philippines.

Game-changing Status!

Last September we finally were able to visit our home in Baguio and were able to see and hold our grandson, Khong, for the very first time.  It is quite a feeling to realize that we are indeed grandparents and that the white hairs on our heads are thus validated.  Thank you very much for your prayers for our family.  Our family continues to be well because of your unceasing prayers and unselfish care for us.
